The rules for browsing, ordering and paying cash on delivery.
Using the store
You may browse and order if the details you give are yours and are accurate. Do not create an account with someone else's email.
The site is aimed at customers in Bangladesh. Delivery addresses outside the country are not accepted.
Orders
An order is placed when checkout confirms an order number. Until then, items in the cart are not reserved.
We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil, or one that fails a basic check, and we will email the address on the order.
Prices and stock
Prices are in BDT and include the product price shown on the page. Delivery is extra and is shown before you confirm.
If a price on the site is wrong, we contact you before dispatch. You can cancel rather than accept the corrected price.
Payment
The payment method on the site is cash on delivery. Online payment is not available until a gateway is connected.
Refusing a parcel that matches the order does not cancel the delivery fee we already incurred. Write to us before the courier arrives if you need to cancel.
Accounts
You are responsible for the password on your account. Sign out on a shared computer.
We may lock an account that is used to place abusive or fraudulent orders.
