Shipping & delivery

Nationwide delivery, with the fee shown before you pay.

Where we deliver

We deliver across all eight divisions of Bangladesh.

The address you enter at checkout is the address we use. Please include a phone number that will be answered.

Dhaka delivery is BDT 70. Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Sylhet, Rangpur and Mymensingh are BDT 130.

The delivery fee is added before you confirm the order. It is not added later as a surprise.

Cash is collected when the parcel arrives. Keep the amount ready, including the delivery fee.

We do not hand an order to a courier until it is confirmed. You can follow the status from the track page with your order number.

Ask the person who will receive the parcel to keep the phone nearby. If the address is incomplete, email us before the delivery day.

Questions about an order go to [email protected]. We reply on business days.
