How to send an item back when it is unused and still in its pack.
What can be returned
Ask for a return while the item is unused, complete, and in the packaging it arrived in.
Tell us the order number and what is wrong: a wrong item, a missing part, or a product that does not match the listing.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] from the email on the order, or use the contact page. Include the order number and a short description.
We reply on business days with the next step. Do not send the parcel back until we confirm the return.
What we need to see
Keep the cable, case, and any small parts that came in the box. A return without those parts may be refused.
Photos of the item and the parcel help us decide faster.
After we receive it
We check the item against the order. If the return is accepted, the refund follows the refunds page.
