Refunds

Cash on delivery

If you paid cash on delivery and the return is accepted, we agree the refund with you by email before any money moves.

We do not take card or mobile-wallet payments on the site yet, so there is no automatic refund to a card.

Cancelled before dispatch

If an order is cancelled before it leaves, no cash is collected. Write to support with the order number if the status still shows as active.

Partial orders

If one item in a multi-item order is returned, the refund covers that item's price. The delivery fee is refunded only when the whole order comes back unused.

Status

We email you when a refund is approved and again when it is settled.
